RETURNS & REFUNDS
Items can only be returned if they are faulty. If there is an issue with sizing, please contact us, and we can try our best to replace your item with the correct size (dependent on stock).

How to Start a Return

Include your order number and reason for return. We’ll reply with clear return instructions.
Return Window
You have **14 days** from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
Eligibility
Returned items must be: - Unworn - Unwashed - In original packaging - With all tags attached
We cannot accept returns that show signs of wear, damage or alteration.
RETURN SHIPPING
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a **tracked shipping service** for all returns.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. - Refunds may take up to 5 business days to appear. - Shipping fees, import duties, VAT, or customs taxes paid are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges may be offered depending on stock availability. Please include your exchange request in your initial email to: paradoxldn.shop@gmail.com
DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days with photos at: paradoxldn.shop@gmail.com
We will replace the item (dependent on stock availability) and cover any return shipping if necessary.
